Job Description: Field Operations Manager Position Overview A full-time Field Operations Manager will be the key driver of on-ground execution for Jyeshtha Bandhu. This person will lead the recruitment and onboarding of Channel Partners and Caregivers, build local networks, ensure documentation, and support early operations in pilot zones. Job Title: Field Operations Manager – Geriatric Services Location: Based in Barrackpore with extensive local travel (within North 24 Parganas and Kolkata outskirts) Key Responsibilities: Lead field scouting of local NGOs, clinics, SHGs, nursing agencies as potential Channel Partners Organize awareness meetings and presentations in target areas Coordinate recruitment camps or caregiver interviews Verify documentation, assist with police verification, onboarding Support in training logistics and monitoring Maintain field reports, partner performance data, and share weekly updates with central team Liaise with tech team to ensure Channel Partners and Caregivers use the app properly Eligibility Criteria: Graduate (preferably in Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare, or Management) 3+ years’ experience in fieldwork, preferably in public health, elder care, NGO coordination Strong local knowledge and network in Kolkata suburbs or rural Bengal Fluent in Bengali and Hindi; Basic English reporting skills Own smartphone and ability to travel extensively Compassionate, responsible, and target-driven Remuneration: Will commensurate with experience and capability Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement Incentives for achieving onboarding milestones Performance-based annual hike
