Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Central Operations & Account Manager to oversee and optimize operational processes while managing key client accounts. This role bridges business operations with client relationship management, ensuring efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous process improvement. Also Managing Multiple states & Cities operation. Key Responsibilities: -Manage the daily operations of battery-swapping stations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless functionality and service delivery. - implement, and optimize centralized operational processes to support cross-functional teams. - Monitor performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and lead initiatives to improve operational effectiveness. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, finance, tech teams) to ensure seamless execution of workflows. - Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for critical operational tasks. - Use data analytics to drive decisions and improve process reliability. - Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain the reliability and safety of all operational activities. - Develop and execute operational strategies to expand our service network and enhance operational efficiency.- Ensure all field operations comply with local & Central regulations, industry standards, and company policies. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Understand client goals and business models to provide tailored support and growth strategies. - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client needs and SLAs. - Conduct regular business reviews and report on account performance and KPIs. - Handle conflict resolution and escalations promptly and professionally.
