About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage the daily operations of battery-swapping stations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless functionality and service delivery. 2. Recruit, train, and supervise field staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 3. Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain the reliability and safety of all operational activities. 4. Develop and execute operational strategies to expand our service network and enhance operational efficiency. 5. Oversee the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and adherence to financial targets. 6. Ensure all field operations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. 7. Collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve operational issues promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction. 8. Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. 9. Work closely with engineering, product development, and sales teams to align operational activities with business objectives. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field operations management, preferably in the Electric Vehicle, automotive, or renewable energy sectors. 3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in using operations management software and tools. 7. Willingness to travel frequently to various operational sites.
