Role: Demand Manager 3W Battery Sales / Lease-to-Own (Jaipur)

Demand Manager

What You'll Do

Drive adoption of BatteryPool's
battery sale and lease-to-own
plans among e-rickshaw drivers.
Build and manage local relationships with
dealers, financiers, and driver communities
.
Conduct on-ground marketing and activations depot visits, driver meetings, and local tie-ups.
Manage the entire
driver onboarding journey
(lead ? documentation ? delivery ? training).
Work with collections and ops teams to ensure
timely payments and customer satisfaction
.
Track sales funnel metrics, conversions, and repayment performance for your city.

What We're Looking For

35 years of
on-ground B2C or channel sales
experience EVs, auto finance, micro-lending, or FMCG preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust with drivers and partners.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field.
Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
Basic tech comfort (CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).
