Job Title: Field Operation Manager (Manpower & Housekeeping) Experience: 2–5 Years (preferred in Manpower/Housekeeping industry) Key Responsibilities: End-to-end manpower hiring for various client sites across India. Site visits (Pan India) to monitor manpower deployment, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance. Maintain strong knowledge of Housekeeping materials, equipment, and consumables ; ensure proper usage and inventory management. Conduct Housekeeping (HK) training sessions for site staff to maintain quality and standard procedures. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations and service delivery. Prepare and share periodic reports on manpower status, training, and site audits. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in manpower recruitment and site operations . Knowledge of housekeeping processes, materials, and consumables . Willingness to travel pan India frequently . Excellent communication and people management skills.
