We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Marketing EIR to join our dynamic team. This position will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that amplify our brand, attract entrepreneurs, and drive the growth of our venture-building ecosystem. Role Overview: As the Marketing Entrepreneur in Residence Marketing EIR, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies tailored to the needs of VenturEdu. You will work closely with both the marketing team and the leadership to drive the growth of the school, engage new entrepreneurs, and enhance our brand presence in the market. You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a creative approach, and strong marketing expertise to a rapidly evolving environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build awareness of VenturEdu and its offerings. Position the school as a leading entrepreneurial ecosystem for new ventures, talent, and innovation. Oversee the development of both digital and offline marketing initiatives to engage and convert target audiences entrepreneurs, investors, partners, and stakeholders. Branding and Communications: Drive consistent brand messaging across all channels, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and values. Create and refine compelling narratives, case studies, and testimonials that highlight success stories and the impact of VenturEdu. Lead Generation and Community Building: Develop campaigns to attract and engage high-potential entrepreneurs, startup founders, and investors. Grow and nurture an engaged community of aspiring entrepreneurs through events, webinars, online content, and other touchpoints. Digital Marketing and Content Strategy: Lead social media and content marketing strategies to drive brand engagement and thought leadership in the entrepreneurial and venture-building space. Collaborate on content creation, including blog posts, video content, thought leadership articles, and promotional materials. Partnerships and Growth: Identify and forge partnerships with industry leaders, educational institutions, and potential investors to expand the school's ecosystem. Assist in promoting venture-building opportunities and initiatives that align with the school’s objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes. Leverage analytics tools to derive insights into audience behavior and marketing effectiveness. Mentorship and Coaching: Provide marketing mentorship and guidance to the entrepreneurs and startups within VenturEdu, helping them refine their own marketing strategies. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience 3+ years in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing, brand strategy, and lead generation. Experience in a startup, venture building, or entrepreneurial environment is a plus. Prior experience in working with education, innovation hubs, or accelerator incubator programs is advantageous. Skills: Strong understanding of marketing strategy, including digital, social media, content, and performance marketing. Expertise in analytics tools Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc. to measure and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping startups succeed. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Traits: High degree of creativity and innovation.
