Role Overview

The Investor Relations Associate will play a key role in supporting ORIM Connect’s client mandates across investor engagement, corporate communication, and capital market strategy. The role requires strong communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage interactions with stakeholders ranging from institutional investors to UHNIs/HNIs. The Associate will work closely with the senior team to craft impactful narratives, ensure transparent communication, and enhance client visibility across capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing investor decks, pitch notes, fact sheets, and annual reports showcasing company strategy, financials, and growth outlook.
• Support in drafting press releases, management speeches, FAQs, and market updates for client companies.
• Coordinate and facilitate investor meetings, plant/facility visits, and roadshows (physical and virtual).
• Manage distribution of updates across investor channels.
• Track investor interactions and feedback, ensuring timely responses to queries.
• Conduct market intelligence, peer benchmarking, and sector analysis to provide inputs for strategy and communication.
• Oversee digital campaigns, short videos, infographics, and social media activities to enhance perception and visibility.
• Ensure compliance with disclosure norms and investor communication standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
