Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Investor Relations Associate located in Gurugram. The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for managing communications between the company and its investors. Day-to-day tasks include preparing investor reports, analyzing financial data, and supporting investment activities. The role also involves facilitating meetings with potential investors, providing updates on investments, and maintaining relationships with private equity and venture capital firms. Qualifications Investor Relations and Communication skills Analytical Skills and experience in Investments Knowledge of Private Equity Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field Experience in the venture capital or investment industry is a plus
