Sales Development Executive

As an Inside Sales Representative at Fotello, your role will involve: - Owning the free-trial to paid conversion funnel by ensuring timely outreach and follow-up for every lead. - Qualifying trial users based on their needs, workflows, and readiness to make a purchase. - Running high-volume outreach through email, calls, and in-app chat to engage and educate prospects. - Delivering clear and concise product walkthroughs and demos tailored to real estate photographers and agencies. - Handling objections confidently and guiding prospects to the appropriate pricing plan. - Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize trial nurturing campaigns and handoff points. - Logging all interactions and outcomes in the database to maintain accurate pipeline visibility. - Consistently meeting and exceeding trial conversion and revenue targets. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-3 years of experience in Inside and Inbound sales, with SAAS sales experience being mandatory. - Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas. - Strong communication and persuasion skills to quickly build trust with creative professionals. - Comfort with high-velocity outbound/inbound activities such as calls, emails, and chats. - Ability to demonstrate a product clearly, emphasizing value over features. - Grit and coachability, demonstrating eagerness to learn, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Willingness to work in US shift from the office, with the job location being in Gurgaon.
