The sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving business targets by managing backend operations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role is crucial in maintaining client relationships, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with NBFC regulations. This role is essential for driving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance in SCF transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with field executives/Sales Manager to ensure timely loan application submissions.
  • Coordinate with credit, Operations, Collection and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of SCF offerings.
  • Maintain and update MIS with accurate customer and sales data.


Operational Efficiency

  • Co-ordination with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal 
  • Prepare and share MIS reports on SCF performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
  • Track loan applications, disbursement status, and customer queries.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards 
  • Support in invoice discounting, vendor finance, and payables financing processes .


Customer/Client Interaction

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries and support.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution and communication.
  • Act as a liaison between Customers, Sales Representatives, and relevant internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth onboarding 
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients and channel partners.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to internal policies and RBI/NBFC guidelines 
  • Verify and organize customer documents for loan processing.

Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor sales targets and KPIs for the team.
  • Highlight gaps and suggest improvements in sales processes 
  • Support in forecasting and variance analysis for SCF portfolio growth 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree any stream (Preferably in finance, Business administration)
  • 2–4 years of experience as sales coordination, preferably in SCF or working capital finance.
  • Strong understanding of SCF products like invoice discounting, factoring, and vendor finance.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and data reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
