Sales Co-Ordinator

Responsibilities:

• Keep customers informed about their order status and delivery timelines.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Provide timely updates on customer demands and requirements to internal teams.
• Process sales orders accurately and ensure smooth order execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients and address their inquiries.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, logistics, and production departments for order fulfillment.
• Manage invoicing, billing tasks, and oversee customer shipments.
• Maintain and update sales records using internal systems.
• Attend client meetings, document Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow up on action items.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through a proactive and service-oriented approach.
• Coordinate logistics for timely and accurate product deliveries.
• Collaborate on resolving issues related to sales orders and customer service.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CRM or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong email drafting abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in logistics coordination is highly preferred.
