Job Description

Responsibilities Oversee Plant Operations: Manage day-to-day production, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop plant teams to achieve production targets and maintain a high-performance culture. Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, reducing waste, improving efficiency, and maintaining product quality. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety. Budget Management: Control plant budget, manage costs, and optimize resource utilization to meet financial targets. Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet all quality standards and customer specifications. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards, and provide regular reports to senior management. Skill Requirement: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and health & safety regulations. Proven experience in rubber optimizing manufacturing processes, cost management, and quality control. Financial and budget management experience. Project management, quality control, safety compliance, financial acumen, strategic planning, communication, and regulatory knowledge.
