Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Safety, R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Compliance.
2. Experience in medical devices manufacturing.
3. Lead and monitor daily operational performance, ensuring adherence to productivity, quality, and cost objectives.
4. Ensure compliance with CDSCO, ISO 13485, CE, and other international regulatory standards.
5. Liaise with government departments /agencies & statutory authorities for licensing and compliance.
6. Drive plant safety and environmental compliance in line with statutory and internal standards.
7. Manage capital expenditure, manpower planning, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively.
