📝 Job Summary:

The Plant Head – Forging will be responsible for leading the entire plant operations with a focus on forging and machining. The role involves overseeing production, quality, maintenance, and manpower management while ensuring safety, efficiency, and output targets. This is a leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge and operational experience in press forging, hammer forging, and CNC/VMC operations.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Overall management of plant operations including forging, machining, and support functions.
• ✅ Lead and supervise Press Forging, Hammer Forging, CNC, and VMC operations.
• ✅ Ensure production planning, scheduling, and output targets are achieved.
• ✅ Drive continuous improvements in quality, productivity, and safety.
• ✅ Coordinate with maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime.
• ✅ Maintain high product quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• ✅ Oversee manpower planning, performance evaluation, and training.
• ✅ Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• ✅ Collaborate with management for strategic initiatives and plant expansion plans.
• ✅ Monitor KPIs and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.
