Install, configure, and integrate hardware and software components. Ensure all systems meet performance, quality, and safety standards. Conduct site acceptance tests (SAT) and factory acceptance tests (FAT). Troubleshooting & Maintenance Diagnose and repair electrical, or software issues. Identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions. Customer Support & Training Train end-users on the correct operation and maintenance of equipment. Expertise in Protection Relay, GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear), Transformer Testing, and Commissioning. Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, drawing schematics, and technical manuals. Strong communication skills to manage customer relationships smoothly. Willingness to travel across the Middle East and Africa, with occasional international assignments.
