About Us We are a 25 years old company with expertise in residential townships. We are an ambitious developer launching landmark industrial and luxury villa projects in Jaipur. Our team is built for digital-first growth, rapid innovation, and local market expertise. Join us to lead our marketing and sales from ground zero, shape scalable systems, and deliver market-leading results. Role Overview As the Head of Marketing & Sales, you will: Own strategy, execution, and outcomes for all marketing and sales programs (B2B industrial park, luxury villa segment) Build, lead and mentor the internal team (digital marketing exec, CRM manager, market analyst) and manage content agency relationships Drive digital campaigns, broker/channel programs, lead nurturing, and performance analytics Ensure seamless lead-to-sale journeys, overseeing CRM systems and reporting Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategy for industrial and villa lines Manage agency-led digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, and site performance Oversee agency-led content creation; approve briefs, ensure brand consistency Build and optimize CRM workflows (lead capture, routing, scoring, reporting) Lead broker/channel partner enablement programs with tiered incentives Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks, and campaign ROIs Design and deliver monthly/quarterly dashboards and reporting to leadership Recruit, train, and manage your own marketing & sales team as the company scales Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in real estate marketing and/or sales (B2B, B2C, developer, or channel roles) Proven results running digital campaigns and using CRM/analytics platforms Strong leadership and communication skills; vendor/agency management experience preferred Familiarity with industrial (logistics, warehousing) AND residential real estate a plus Data-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable building systems from scratch Preferred Skills Experience launching property websites/CMS tools; SEO, SEM, and performance marketing expertise Understanding of Indian real estate incentives, broker networks, and compliance Analytical mindset: campaign ROI, cost-per-lead, conversion, pipeline velocity Proficiency with marketing technology stack We encourage applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds—including agency, developer, and digital-first roles.
