Job Overview:

Head of Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Business Growth

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
    • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities in international markets, particularly for mobile apps, websites, and digital marketing services.
    • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders globally.
  • Team Development & Management

    • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales and marketing team.
    • Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, coaching, and continuous development.
  • Strategic Planning

    • Collaborate with the leadership team to align growth strategies with company objectives.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market approaches.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention

    • Drive end-to-end client acquisition processfrom lead generation and pitch presentations to negotiations and closures.
    • Implement CRM strategies to ensure structured lead nurturing, pipeline management, and customer retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with project delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless transition and delivery post-sales.
    • Liaise with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging and lead generation campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    in Sales and Marketing within the

    IT services / Digital Marketing

    industry.
  • Proven track record in closing deals for

    mobile apps, web development, and digital marketing projects

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    growth strategy, international client acquisition

    , and business scaling.
  • Proficient in

    CRM tools

    and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Work mode

Preferred Attributes:
