About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing SEO Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies that improve our organic search visibility, drive quality traffic, and support our overall marketing goals. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires close collaboration with our content, design, and development teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO). Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO best practices. Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Build and manage link-building strategies, including outreach campaigns. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO goals with broader digital campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging technologies. Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing. Proficient with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google tools. Strong understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress preferred). Experience with data-driven SEO strategy and conversion optimization. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with local SEO and international SEO.
