Identify, qualify, and nurture leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology. Generate High-Quality Leads (HQL) through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Work closely with the marketing and research teams to align messaging and value propositions. Maintain and update CRM with lead and activity data. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets. Requirements: 1-5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, with a focus on HQL/BANT lead generation. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Hands-on experience with sales tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce (or similar). Ability to understand client pain points and tailor conversations accordingly. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
