Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting B2B clients across global markets.
  
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads using the

  BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)

  methodology.
• Generate

  High-Quality Leads (HQL)

  through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Work closely with the marketing and research teams to align messaging and value propositions.
  
• Maintain and update CRM with lead and activity data.
  
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.
  

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, with a focus on HQL/BANT lead generation.
  
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  
• Hands-on experience with sales tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce (or similar).
  
• Ability to understand client pain points and tailor conversations accordingly.
  
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
