Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to handle end-to-end sales for our growing education and financial services divisions. The ideal candidate should be confident in calling, excellent at communication, and strong in converting leads. You will be responsible for speaking with potential customers, understanding their needs, explaining our services, booking consultations/demo sessions, and converting warm leads into paying clients.This role requires someone who is organized, target-driven, and comfortable with continuous follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads shared by the company Explain services clearly and build trust with clients Schedule demo sessions/consultations Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipeline Achieve monthly conversion targets Provide professional support and answer customer queries Share daily/weekly call and conversion reports Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Outbound Sales / Inside Sales / Tele-Sales Strong communication in English and Hindi Experience in EdTech or Financial services is an added advantage High confidence, active listening, and objection-handling skills Ability to meet targets and manage a structured sales process
