Job Description

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and sell insurance and mutual fund products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain call records and update CRM.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI/SEBI guidelines.

Requirements:

Experience in outbound or telesales (financial services preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills. (Must Have)
Basic knowledge of insurance and mutual funds..
