Design comprehensive growth strategies spanning marketing, sales, product, tech, and finance. Define, monitor, and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for each engagement. Marketing, Sales & Business Development Develop go-to-market strategies, sales funnels, and customer acquisition plans. Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities. Support clients in building B2B/B2C sales pipelines and demand generation engines. Product & Technology Advise on product roadmaps, user experience enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives. Evaluate and guide technology adoption (SaaS tools, automation, CRM, analytics). Interface with product managers, developers, and tech teams for execution tracking. Finance & Business Operations Help clients improve unit economics, pricing models, cost structures, and financial reporting. Collaborate with finance teams to build cash flow forecasts, fundraising models, and dashboards. Identify funding opportunities and assist with investor readiness, if relevant. Program & KPI Management Set milestones and manage client projects to ensure on-time, measurable outcomes. Monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates, GMV, etc. Deliver weekly/monthly performance reviews and realign strategies as needed.
