Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Job Posting and Advertising: Create and publish job descriptions on multiple platforms (job boards, social media, company website) to attract suitable candidates. Screening and Shortlisting Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews or assessments, and prepare a shortlist of qualified applicants for further evaluation by hiring managers. Coordinating Interviews and Communication: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, maintain timely communication with candidates, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintaining Recruitment Records and Reports: Keep accurate records of applicants, interview feedback, and hiring decisions; generate recruitment reports to support data-driven hiring strategies. Performance Management Setting and Monitoring KPIs: Assist in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to different roles (e.g., production speed, quality control accuracy) and regularly track employee performance against these benchmarks. Conducting Performance Appraisals: Support organizing and documenting periodic performance reviews; collect and compile feedback from supervisors to ensure fair and consistent appraisals. Identifying Training and Development Needs: Analyze performance gaps and collaborate with supervisors to propose training or skill-building initiatives for employees needing improvement. Qualifications & Skills: MBA HRM / MSW-HRM / MHRM from a recognized university. 6+ years of relevant HR experience preferred; candidates with less experience but strong recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement skills are welcome. Location: Poovanthi, Madurai Machine Type: GOMA (Brand-Specific) Role Overview The Senior Machine Operator is responsible for the setup, calibration, and smooth operation of our GOMA machine, ensuring consistent product quality and production efficiency. This hands-on role also includes troubleshooting, team supervision, safety enforcement, and supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Machine Setup & Calibration Prepare, calibrate, and align the GOMA machine at the start of each shift to meet production specifications. Operate & Monitor Production Line Control machine parameters such as speed, pressure, and cycle time while continuously monitoring for stable output. Quality Assurance Inspect finished products using precision tools, remove defective units, and ensure compliance with design tolerances. Troubleshooting & Minor Maintenance Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance for more complex problems. Daily Cleaning & Housekeeping Lead 5S practices and sanitation tasks around the machine area to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
