We’re now looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Head to drive our growth and brand presence in the region. Role Overview: As the Sales and Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales, generate qualified leads, enhance customer engagement and build a strong brand presence across our residential projects. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for new and ongoing residential projects • Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets • Create marketing campaigns across digital, print and on-ground channels (ATL/BTL) • Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers and real estate agents • Drive lead generation through online platforms, real estate portals, social media and events • Monitor CRM systems, analyze sales funnel data and ensure a high conversion rate • Conduct market and competitor analysis to align offerings with demand trends • Coordinate with internal teams (planning, construction, legal) to ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to possession • Represent the brand at real estate expos, local events and buyer meets Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (MBA preferred) • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate sales and marketing • Proven track record of achieving sales targets for residential projects • Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills • Experience in digital marketing and real estate CRM tools • Deep knowledge of the Indore real estate market and customer psyche What We Offer: • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives • Opportunity to lead branding and marketing strategies for landmark residential projects • A fast-growing and professional work environment • Long-term career growth within the organization To Apply: Send your CV and a brief cover letter to [office@rudrabuilders.in] with the subject line: "Application – Sales & Marketing Head".
