Our client is a highly reputed and fast growing Pharma company with a sales turnover of more than 1,000 Crores. Company is a multidivisional company, each division promoting a specific range of products.

Designation:
Head Sales - OTC & Generic range of products

Reports to:
Director

Division:
OTC and Generic Division. The division has a sales turnover of about 100 Crores. Field force size is about 850 People. Company's product range includes Condoms, Contraceptives, Anti Diabetics, Cardiac, Tooth paste, face creams etc. etc.

Job location:
Chandigarh

Experience:
20 - 30 years of experience managing similar portfolio of products.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance of OTC & GENERIC products across the country.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, expand product reach, and increase market share.
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
Analyze sales data to optimize inventory management and improve supply chain efficiency.
