This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the education landscape and commitment to student success. Key Responsibilities: Develop Relationships: Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, teachers and administrations to understand their needs and aware them about our educational offerings and test prep programs. Outreach Programs: Organize and implement outreach initiatives, including workshops, informational sessions, and school visits to introduce school authorities and stakeholders about our services. Market Research: Analyze trends in the education sector to identify potential outreach opportunities and tailor strategies to meet the needs of the organization. Professional Relationship Development: Build, maintain and grow the new and existing relationships within the New Delhi (North Delhi) schools communities to expand outreach. Feedback Loop: Gather Feedback from schools and participants to continuously improve outreach strategies and program offerings. Collaboration: Work Closely with the marketing and sales team to align outreach efforts with broader company goals. Event Coordination: Help our JR Team in Planning and coordinating the events such as school fairs, open houses and informational webinars/seminars to showcase our test prep services. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Education, Communications or a related field. 1+ Years of experience in outreach, marketing or educational roles, preferably within the test prep or education industry. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse educational groups.
