Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist Location: Kashmere Gate, New Delhi Department: Sales & Marketing About Eazybe: Eazybe is a B2B SaaS platform revolutionizing customer communication by seamlessly integrating WhatsApp with major CRMs. We're on a mission to help businesses supercharge their sales and support through more efficient, personalized, and streamlined messaging. Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive operational efficiency, improve visibility into performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making. This role will be pivotal in aligning go-to-market functions and ensuring smooth, scalable growth. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization Design, implement, and refine end-to-end sales processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to reduce friction and increase productivity. CRM & Tool Management Own the administration and optimization of our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and other GTM tools. Ensure clean, reliable, and actionable data across systems. Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, funnel performance, and other sales KPIs. Forecasting & Planning Support accurate forecasting by providing real-time data insights. Collaborate with leadership to plan and track sales targets. Lead & Deal Flow Management Ensure efficient lead handoff between marketing and sales. Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups. Cross-functional Alignment Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on goals, KPIs, and execution plans. Tech Stack Integration Evaluate and implement integrations between WhatsApp, CRMs, automation tools, and other platforms to improve operational flow. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Operations or similar role in a B2B SaaS company Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau) Clear understanding of B2B sales funnels, lead lifecycle, and sales metrics Excellent communication and project management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Skills: Experience with WhatsApp integrations or messaging platforms Familiarity with outbound and inbound marketing strategies Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools What You’ll Get: Opportunity to work with a fast-growing SaaS company disrupting business communications A chance to shape sales strategy and growth from the ground up Direct impact on scaling a high-potential startup Collaborative and energetic team culture Join us and be a part of our journey to revolutionize the SaaS industry!
