Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Hybrid – Kashmere Gate, New Delhi Company: Eazybe Experience Required: 1.5 to 2.5 years Preferred Qualification: B.Tech/Engineering Degree About Eazybe: Eazybe is a fast-growing SaaS startup focused on building powerful sales enablement tools that help businesses increase productivity and close more deals — directly from their everyday platforms like Gmail. Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1.5–2.5 years of experience in end-to-end software sales. As an SDR at Eazybe, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, managing the full sales cycle, and converting leads into clients. A technical background is a plus, and proficiency with any CRM (especially HubSpot) will be a strong advantage. This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in-office at our Kashmere Gate office and 2 days of remote work. Key Responsibilities: Handle and convert both inbound and outbound leads into opportunities Own the entire sales cycle: from outreach and product demos to closure Qualify leads through calls, emails, and CRM activity Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize lead flow and pitch Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in the CRM Deliver engaging product demos and clearly communicate Eazybe’s value proposition Upsell and cross-sell to existing leads when applicable Required Qualifications: 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in end-to-end software/SaaS sales Strong proficiency in using any CRM system (HubSpot is a plus) Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.Tech or Engineering) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience with high-volume outreach and goal-driven environments Strong understanding of sales processes and customer behavior Preferred Skills: Background in tech or working in a tech-enabled environment Experience with sales automation tools and CRM integrations Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment What We Offer: 12 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually 10 days of Work From Anywhere (WFA) annually Hybrid Work Model – 4 days in-office, 2 days remote Convenient office location: 7-minute walk from Kashmere Gate Metro Opportunity to grow with a high-potential SaaS startup Transparent culture with direct access to leadership Performance-based incentives and fast career progression Why Join Eazybe?
