Role Overview:

Sales Manager

hybrid role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Drive both inbound and outbound sales strategy
  • Own the entire sales funnel — from lead generation to closure
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to streamline the lead-to-sale process
  • Conduct training and coaching to continuously improve team performance
  • Deliver compelling product demos and technical walkthroughs when needed
  • Analyze sales metrics to refine strategy and forecast pipeline
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot preferred)
  • Contribute to product feedback loops to improve offerings based on client needs
  • Upsell and cross-sell effectively to maximize account value
Required Qualifications:
  • 2.5 to 5 years of experience in SaaS/software sales, with at least 1 year in a team management role
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue goals and building high-performing teams
  • Strong command of CRM tools (HubSpot is a strong plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree — preferably in Engineering or related technical field
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • A clear understanding of the software sales lifecycle and customer decision-making behavior
Preferred Skills:
  • Background in a tech-driven or SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM workflows
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a startup culture
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in handling KPIs and metrics
