Job Description

We are hiring a Relationship Manager & Officer for the Direct Channel who will engage with customers generated through internal leads and walk-ins. The role focuses on need-based selling, policy servicing, and long-term customer relationship management without agency recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and assigned leads provided by the company
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions
Close sales through direct interaction, calls, and digital follow-ups
Manage existing policyholders for renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
Ensure smooth documentation, login, and policy issuance
Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

6 months to 4 years of experience in BFSI sales or customer handling
Exposure to Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Banking, or Financial Products preferred
Comfortable with target-based roles and customer interaction
Good communication and presentation skills
