Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products or services. Explain the features and benefits of our products or services to customers. Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility. Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need Answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system. Follow up with customers via phone or email to close deals. Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process for customers will be conducted with the assistance of the CST (Customer Service Team). Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A persuasive personality and the ability to handle objections. Knowledge of sales principles and techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Qualification: Completion of any PG / UG /Diploma/ Any Specialization Good communication English and the ability to converse freely and build rapport.
