Position Summary: The Tele sales Representative is responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential and existing customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting suitable products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services. Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and convert leads into sales. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads and conduct customer retention calls. Provide product information and resolve customer queries. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction. Collaborate with team members and share feedback to improve sales processes Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Good listening and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to handle rejections positively and remain motivated. Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
