Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Follow up promptly on leads provided by the company, ensuring timely engagement and closure
• Proactively generate additional leads via networking, seminars, and community activities
• Conduct financial needs analysis and educate clients on the importance of life insurance
• Recommend appropriate protection products and explain features transparently
• Support clients through application, documentation, and policy issuance process
• Maintain ongoing client relationships with post-sale service and cross-selling
• Keep accurate records, ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant domain experienced well and good
• Any Degree
• Preferably from Direct or Distribution channel sales

Location - Chennai Guindy

Working day - Monday to Friday (5 days working)

Preferably from Insurance sales domain
