Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Relationship manager / Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach. Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase client retention and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings and proposals to meet client needs. Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business development goals. Manage company presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Collaborate with content creators or the creative team to produce engaging and on-brand content. Track social media performance and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and lead conversion. Corporate Marketing: Develop and manage B2B marketing campaigns to promote corporate services and partnerships. Enhance the company’s brand positioning through corporate communication, press releases, and case studies. Work with design and communications teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, pitch decks, and newsletters. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role. Proven experience managing social media platforms for business. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B marketing and enterprise sales. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Lead generation and conversion rate Growth in social media engagement and followers Client acquisition and retention metrics Marketing campaign performance Revenue growth from new partnerships
