Job Description

Job Responsibilities :- • Negotiate prices or other sales terms. • Compare a property with similar recently sold properties to determine its competitive market price. • Appraise property values. • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. • Develop content for sales presentations and other materials. • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting. • Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds. • Attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets. • Investigate clients’ financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing. • Implement business development strategies for the assigned branch. • Provide quality and exceptional services to customers. • Achieve sales target and projected profit. • Select, train, supervise and evaluate the branch staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to the job description. • Operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies. • Maintain operational standards to provide an excellent working environment for employees. • Communicate personally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently. • Implement sales promotion activities including digital marketing, promotional campaigns, etc. • Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch. • Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service.
