Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at our Fatehpur location. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for client relationship management, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a smooth lending experience. Daily tasks include customer acquisition, loan origination, conducting credit evaluations, and maintaining strong relationships with micro-entrepreneurs. The role will also involve regular follow-ups with clients, ensuring timely repayments, and providing exceptional service to build customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management and client acquisition skills
• Basic knowledge of credit evaluation and lending processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in regional languages spoken in the area is an advantage
• Prior experience in the financial or micro-lending sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
