Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head located in Cooch Behar. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing the team, implementing business strategies to drive growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will also be accountable for meeting financial targets, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
