Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Head located in West Bengal, India. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including managing the team, driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving set business targets. The role also involves building and fostering strong customer relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills for effectively supervising and guiding branch staff
Proficiency in sales strategies, customer service, and relationship management
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and operational management capabilities
Knowledge of financial products and services, with relevant banking or financial industry experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred)
Proficiency in using business software and tools
Local language proficiency and familiarity with the region’s market are advantageous
