Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the Branch Head for our Salem region. The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the operations, business development, and overall performance of the diagnostic center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the diagnostic center, adhering to established SOPs and quality standards.

Monitor and manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and infrastructure requirements.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

2. Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, including lab technicians, customer service staff, and support personnel.

Conduct regular training sessions to maintain a high standard of service and technical expertise.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

3. Business Development:

Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement region-specific campaigns.

Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and corporate clients to expand the referral base.

4. Customer Experience:

Ensure exceptional customer service and address grievances promptly.

Monitor patient feedback and implement corrective actions to improve service delivery.

Uphold the organization’s reputation for quality diagnostics and reliability.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).

Experience: 10-12 years of experience in healthcare/diagnostics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

Strong operational and business acumen.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with diagnostic software systems.
