Job Description

Job Summary:

The Branch Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations, sales performance, revenue growth, and team development of the assigned branch. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Drive branch-level sales targets for residential and commercial real estate.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch’s market presence.

Branch Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor lead generation, site visits, closures, and post-sales processes.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance, MIS, and forecasts to HO.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales and support teams.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch-level targets.
  • Foster a high-performance and ethical work culture.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Handle high-value clients, escalations, and critical negotiations.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide market feedback to management for product and strategy alignment.
  • Support marketing initiatives and local promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA (Preferred)
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
