Role Purpose

To lead the branch operations and business development, ensuring profitability, compliance, and superior customer service while managing risk and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Revenue

• Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) growth and deposit mobilization.
• Achieve branch targets for loans, advances, and fee-based income.
• Develop and execute strategies for cross-selling banking products (insurance, mutual funds, credit cards).
• Maintain and grow high-value customer relationships.

• Branch Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with zero service lapses.
• Monitor cash management, reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
• Maintain branch infrastructure and ensure compliance with operational standards.

• Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC norms, AML policies, and internal audit requirements.
• Monitor risk indicators and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain high audit scores and zero critical observations.

• Customer Service

• Deliver superior customer experience and resolve escalations promptly.
• Monitor service quality metrics and implement improvement plans.

• People Leadership

• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff.
• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
• Foster a culture of compliance, ethics, and customer-centricity.

• Reporting & Planning

• Prepare and submit branch performance reports to regional leadership.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights for business growth.

Reuirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 8-12 years of banking experience.
• Immediate joiners to 30 days notice period preferred
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, compliance, and risk management.
