Job Description: Sales and Business Development Executive (Freshers) Real Estate Industry Position: Sales and Business Development Executive (Bulk Hiring) Industry: Real Estate Experience: Freshers Welcome Salary Range: Rs 20,000 to Rs 50,000 per month + Incentives (Up to 1 Lakh based on performance) Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic and motivated freshers to join our Sales and Business Development team in the real estate sector. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and closing sales deals for premium real estate projects. Successful candidates will be trained in sales techniques, market trends, and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and field visits. Identify potential buyers/investors and convert them into customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor trends. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Assist clients in property selection, documentation, and financing processes. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies. Requirements: No prior experience required (Freshers welcome). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of real estate trends is a plus. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
