Job Description

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth coordination of academic and support activities. Manage student engagement processes including inquiries, counseling coordination, admissions, and post-admission support. Build and maintain professional relationships with schools, parents, and educational partners. Plan and support outreach initiatives such as school programs, seminars, and awareness sessions. Guide and support branch teams on academic offerings, service standards, and internal processes. Monitor admission workflows, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure effective collaboration between academic, operations, and administrative teams. Address student, parent, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner. Track branch performance, maintain MIS reports, and share periodic updates with management. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, service quality standards, and operational guidelines.
