Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing guidance on financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive client-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify client needs and offer suitable financial solutions
• Knowledge of housing finance, loans against property, and construction finance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic financial software
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in housing finance or a similar industry is a plus
