Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Relationship Manager based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored property solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with customers, coordinating property visits, collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery, and supporting the clients’ decision-making process by providing accurate information and insights.

• Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development abilities
• Knowledge of the real estate market trends and property evaluation
• Interpersonal and Problem-Solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable personality
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus
