Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting with real estate transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include networking with potential clients, maintaining regular contact with existing clients, providing market insights, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process. The Relationship Manager will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote services and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Minimum 6 months relevant experience in Real Estate

• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Organization and time-management skills

• Channel partner experience is a plus

• Two-wheeler is mandatory
