Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of lending products home loans and LAP. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—Technology, Credit, Collections, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing—to design, develop, and enhance products that align with our business goals and regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in alignment with company strategy.
Conduct market and customer research to identify needs and trends.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

Lead end-to-end product development including ideation, business case preparation, feature prioritization, and go-to-market planning.
Work with Tech, Data, and Operations teams to translate product requirements into tech specifications.
Design and optimize product features including eligibility criteria, pricing, underwriting, onboarding, disbursal, and collections flows.

Digital & Tech Collaboration

Collaborate with engineering teams on digital journeys, integrations (e.g., APIs, LOS, LMS, KYC, bureaus).
Drive UI/UX improvements to ensure seamless customer experience.

Regulatory & Risk Alignment

Ensure products adhere to RBI regulations and internal compliance frameworks.
Work closely with risk and credit teams to balance growth with portfolio quality.

Analytics & Feedback

Monitor product performance (leads, disbursals, NPA, conversions, funnel metrics).
Use insights to drive continuous product improvement.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields. MBA preferred.
4–5 years of relevant experience in NBFC, HFC, bank, fintech, or financial services domain.
Strong understanding of lending products and digital financial services ecosystem.
Proven experience in managing product roadmaps, writing BRDs/PRDs, and working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of RBI regulatory framework related to lending is a plus.

Preferred Tools & Skills:

Familiarity with LOS, LMS, and CRM systems
Working knowledge of API, SQL, and data analytics tools is a plus
