Key Responsibilities:
Product Innovation: Brainstorm, prioritize, and develop new product ideas that align with SurveySparrow s vision. Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable product strategies.
Customer-Centric Development: Understand customer needs through research and direct feedback. Gather and define product requirements to ensure solutions effectively address user problems and enhance the overall experience.
Feature Development: Work closely with the engineering team to develop new features and enhance existing ones. Help determine the best technical implementation methods and create realistic implementation schedules.
Documentation and Strategy: Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that outline feature specifications, user stories, and project goals. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and initiatives.
Metrics and Improvement: Monitor product metrics to evaluate how well customers are using specific features. Use insights from these metrics to drive continuous improvements and refine product offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies. Foster effective communication and collaboration to drive product success.
Adapt and Evolve: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes. Adapt product strategies based on research, data, and emerging market opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 4 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on software products and technologies.
Skills and Expertise: Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, organizational, research, and analytical skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision, requirements, and strategies to various stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data insights, and industry trends. Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technical aspects of product development and ability to work closely with engineering teams to understand and address technical challenges.
Desired Skills/Nice to Have:
Product Design Knowledge: Experience with product design and UX principles is a plus.
Agile Methodology: Understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.
Market Research: Experience with market research and analysis to identify opportunities and guide product development.
