You will be the organizational hub of the studio, responsible for managing project scope, schedules, and resources. This role requires a leader who can ensure seamless coordination across all teams and manage external partners to deliver a high-quality game on time and on budget . Responsibilities: Develop and own the project roadmap, milestones, and release schedule in collaboration with studio leadership . Manage the day-to-day production process using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Facilitate clear and consistent communication between design, engineering, art, and QA .
